See also Psalm 40:13 ff - almost a double except for a few words and the exchange of divine names. Curiously, יְהוָה predominates here though we are inside the Elohistic psalter.

to remember

O God to deliver me
יְהוָה to help me
hurry

let them be ashamed and disconcerted for seeking my life

let them be turned back and be humiliated that delight in my hurt

let them be desolate with consequence in their shame

those saying, hah! hah!

let all those seeking you sing and let them be glad in you
and let those who love your salvation say continually

great is God

but poor am I and needy O God
hurry to me my help and my deliverer
you יְהוָה will not delay
